Shipping Policy

Shipping schedules can vary because every parcel moves through a network influenced by distance, carrier capacity, seasonal demand, weather, and regional operating conditions. After an order leaves our fulfillment location, its progress is managed through external transportation systems that may experience changing workloads and unexpected interruptions. Although standard transit commonly requires approximately ten to twenty business days, these estimates count regular working days and generally exclude weekends and recognized public holidays. Actual arrival times may therefore differ from the anticipated delivery window.

Transportation networks can be affected by circumstances that develop without warning. Severe weather, unusually high parcel volumes, transportation congestion, labor shortages, strikes, security procedures, and temporary infrastructure limitations may slow the movement of individual shipments. Our fulfillment team works with logistics providers to prepare and dispatch orders efficiently, but events occurring after departure may remain outside direct operational control. When disruptions create temporary backlogs, additional time may be necessary for carriers to restore normal movement through their networks.

Estimated delivery periods should be regarded as general guidance rather than guaranteed arrival commitments. Once an order has entered the fulfillment process, destination information may no longer be changed. Parcels already moving through the carrier network generally cannot be redirected to a different address. Customers should therefore review names, street information, apartment or unit details, postal codes, telephone numbers, and other delivery information carefully before submitting an order. Accurate information reduces the possibility of routing problems, failed delivery attempts, or additional handling requirements.

Responsibility for physical transportation passes to the designated carrier once a package has departed from our fulfillment facility. During the journey, shipments may pass through several distribution centers, sorting locations, regional depots, and transportation hubs. Each stage can be affected by local workload, weather conditions, inspection procedures, and available transportation capacity. In some circumstances, a carrier may temporarily hold a parcel when an address discrepancy or other delivery concern requires clarification.

Inventory conditions may also affect fulfillment. If an item becomes unavailable after an order has been placed and cannot be supplied, the affected product may be removed from the transaction and the corresponding amount refunded to the original payment method. Customers will not be charged for merchandise that cannot ultimately be fulfilled.

Shipping is provided without an additional delivery charge regardless of order value or destination, subject to applicable service limitations. Depending on the carrier and local delivery requirements, someone may need to be present to receive a package or provide a signature. When an initial delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the carrier may schedule additional attempts or follow its standard procedures for holding the parcel. Packages that remain unclaimed after repeated delivery efforts may eventually be returned to the sender. When such a return results in cancellation, the associated order amount is refunded through the original payment method.

Tracking information is made available to provide customers with greater visibility throughout the shipping process. Tracking records can show preparation activity, carrier acceptance, transportation events, sorting movements, and delivery progress. Updates may not appear continuously because carriers sometimes scan parcels only when they reach particular facilities. A temporary absence of new tracking information does not necessarily mean that a shipment has stopped moving.

Several circumstances can prevent an order from being completed as expected. These may include unavailable inventory, destinations outside supported service areas, physical delivery requirements that cannot be satisfied by a postal box, incomplete address information, or payment details that require additional verification. Orders containing inaccurate or insufficient information may be placed on hold while the issue is reviewed, and certain transactions may need to be cancelled when fulfillment cannot proceed.

Customers should examine delivered merchandise promptly after arrival. If the received product differs materially from the item originally purchased, contacting customer support without unnecessary delay can help accelerate the appropriate return or reimbursement process. When a product does not fit as expected, eligible returns may be available under the applicable return conditions. Customers seeking another size or variation may need to submit a separate order because a return does not automatically reserve replacement inventory.

When a shipment appears to be taking longer than expected, checking the latest tracking information is the most useful first step. If tracking remains unchanged for an unusually extended period, customers can contact the support team with their order information. Representatives can review the available shipment details, communicate with the relevant delivery provider when appropriate, and explain the next available steps.

Our objective is to maintain clear expectations throughout the fulfillment journey while recognizing that transportation depends on many interconnected systems. By providing tracking visibility, maintaining communication with logistics partners, and responding to unusual delivery situations, we work to make the shipping experience as understandable and dependable as possible.
